Our studios with terrace offer all the comfort for your business or tourism trips.

Located on the ground floor of a millstone house in the heart of the Chevreuse Valley, only 400m from the train station, they are fully equipped with kitchen, television, internet fibre, netflix etc.

The 2 studios have their own small terrace with garden furniture for 2. One of the studios is suitable for longer stays (23m2) with a washing machine.

Each studio has a desk.

Access is easy and street parking is safe, always available and free.

The Perray en Yvelines train station is 400 m away and serves Rambouillet (5'), Saint Quentin (20') Versailles (30') and Paris (48')
Rambouillet is also 5' away by car.

The environment is very calm and relaxing. The town centre can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and you will find all the local shops (bakery, delicatessen, grocery shop...). There is also a supermarket at the entrance to Le Pray (accessible by car or bus).

Walks are possible from the gîte: pond of Le Pray at 200m, forest at 500m.

Sheets, towels and basic necessities are included.
